We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed for returned items unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If we confirm that your item is defective, damaged, or that you received the wrong product, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
